I am baking a friend a cake and need to buy cake pans for it. My girlfriend has celiacs disease. If i bake a cake for my friend, who doesnt have the disease, in these pans, can I bake stuff for her in them afterward? I am going to try to avoid nonstick pans and get a stainless steel one if possible. I am also going to put a layer of parchment paper between the pan and cake batter to make cake removal easier. Thanks!!
