How would America be different today had John Mccain and Sarah Palin won the Presidency?

The legislation of this administration is what is keeping our economy in the dumpster. If McCain would have won, there would not have been a health care bill and the tax rate would have been indefinite rather than just 2 year extension. The financial reform would have been different although I'm not sure if it would have been better. I think we would be better of by now with McCain and Palin.
