How does he sleep with some of these women?

Ok...this question may be tasteless but I have to know . SO I apologize if I offend anyone. But I happen to know this guy casually who is a hustler. And a wanna be pimp. He finds women and they all fall in love with him and give him money, cars, sex . It's really wiered. Thing is he has no standards. Recently he has slept with several obese women and one MENTALLY CHALLANGED WOMAN. It's horrible . He does it to get his hands on their money . But...how does he get aroused? How is he able to make all these women believe he is in love with them so quickly? (Im a woman so ...im not looking for tips.Just wondering whats in his head ). thanks.
