Why does most food stamps/welfare go to republican states/counties?

Because the GOP Tea Party Republicans are the biggest bunch of hypocrites in history. They constantly are telling everyone Keep Government Out Of My Life! Until they can use some of that federal tax money. They have the worst education, lowest pay, worst benefits for their people and are the biggest drain on America. Their leadership puts every state they are let into in worst shape not better.
